Recipes: Shrimp With Crab Cream Sauce

Shrimp with Crab Cream Sauce
  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small can of crab meat
  • 1 small carton of heavy cream
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
Take first 5 ingredients and mix together and marinate overnight take shrimp out of marinade and put on skewers set aside .In sauce pan mix olive oil garlic and butter sauté garlic until soft add cream and reduce in half add crab and simmer for 6 min. Take shrimp and put it on the grill 2 min per side or when they turn pink take off skewers and arrange on plate cover with sauce.
